If you plan on buying or building a multi floor commercial or residential building, chances are that you will have to implement egress safety measures as set forth in the International Fire Code (IFC) and the International Building Code (IBC), which regulate safe construction practices and egress implements in commercial and residential spa equipment R1 buildings that contain occupancy at above 75 feet from the lowest level of fire department vehicles access.
